yesterday i browsed the internet putting the word proverbs becasue i just want to see some good proverbs to cheer up myself. I saw many interesting websites with interesting proverbs but what was interesting was that in many sites there were also funny quotes too.

Is there anything really matters in your life?

As i have seen my life in the past many things i thought it was really important to me but as times goes by it is not as important as I can not loose it. Because things in the world are changing all the time and so the value of many things.

once I thought I could not live on without her but now, after the times past for more than 25 years, i still live on and happy too. Because life will find its way to live on.

people who can not understand this absolute truth will live in pain, pain of their own persistence.

The foolish distain virture, Becomig the extreme pessimist. Because they see only the worst, They receive things at their worst. When chances of a lifetime come, They loose them.

The clever worship and live for righteousness; In return, they reveive things at their best. But when they ecnounter ill - fate, They fall apart and live in grief.

The wise have unintentionally elimated the bad becasue everything they do is naturally good. Intentionally,they eliminate the good and enter the pure. Seeing tht truth that everything has the good, the bad and the neutral, Tdhey are all - accepting and manageable.

The lost friends

In our life there are many things that we think that are very important. Without it we can live in the world uncomfortably or sometimes we can not live on at all. For example air, water and etc.

Those are the things that are very important for our living day life which I don’t argue with it.

But once I chatted with my friends and we discussed about this topic “what is really worth in our life?” We had named many things too but he said one thing that we feel very important is the things that we had lost them.

It is true that we don’t see its importance if we have it but once we do not have or we lost it then we will realize that the things are very very important.

The air is full in our earth and free so we do not feel its importance but once we do not have it then we see its importance.
When we need to use a match to light up a fire but we had lost it then we see how important it is.

Once my friend said easy come easy go. I think it is true and any free things are no value.

I wish that my friends will not loose any friends because he is too close, or provide free education. Because only when he lost his friends then he will understand how importance his friend is to him.

Paying bill

I have just paid my car insurance after i delayed it for 2 months.

there are so many things in our life that we have to do but we delayed it until the last minute or even too late. This insurance was due two months ago so i have to pay the fine. it is not much but it really annoyed of myself.

today is very hot, the temperature reach 35 Celsius in the afternoon 2 p.m. they say that this year the temperature will reach 45 degrees Celsius in summer. I hope it will not be that bad. The most suitable temperature for me here i think 25 degree celsius is the best.

Mr.Ken

Yesterday I did some exercise as usual. I ran on the long beach in the fresh evening air. It was beautiful evening again but today is something special because it was my evening birthday. On the way I chatted with a retired man from California. His name is Ken.

Ken has been living in this city for 5 years already. He has married to an Indonesian lady and he liked this place very much. He lived in a hotel suit in town with three units and having his own cooking kitchen, Chokedee hotel room 306. Originally he was a farmer, planted apple for a long time in Washington, and so tired of seeing apple then he retired. He said “I have seen enough apples so I want to see something else, enough is enough”

Ken wants to buy a house on the beach and he asked me to check for the price of a house that he saw last month. I will help him on the issue.

It was good to me when I run because I had chances to know more people and I learned that many people, especially foreigners here need friends who can speak English because there are only few people who can do that.

May be I can help more people here to enjoy the beautiful city in the future.

Today is my birthday feb 3,
it is a good day for me because yesterday I ran on the beach for 3 kilometers nonstop and I felt that I was not much exhausted from the running as before. I told my wife that may be my body could adjust itself to the weariness. My wife also ran along though she could not run all the way but mostly walked quickly. I slept soundly and deeply in the early night and this morning I wake up fresh. I started my new year quite well this year.

This morning I searched for this song in internet by louis Armstrong, the jazz singer because I like its beautiful lyrics very much .

A joke

Some of you may have many favorite jokes that you still remember it even after long times goes by but all of those jokes may be there is only one joke that whenever you think of it you can’t stop yourself from chuckles.

Yes talking of such joke I remember one that I still laugh at it whenever I think of.

It has started like this.
When Joe, Lary and Louise went to India and they had done something wrong. They were arrested and were put in jail for 10 years. Each of them was allowed to bring only one thing into the jail.

Joe asked for a set of encyclopedia, Lary asked for alcohol to drink for 10 years and Louise asked for cigarettes that he can smoke for the rest of the time there.

After 10 years when they were allowed to be free again, Joe can speak out the whole phrases appeared in the set, Larry was still hang over from the drink. But Louise when he just came out from the cell he just asked “ any body has a bloody lighter?”

That is the joke I like it very much.

What a 10 years waste for Louise !!

My birthday 2009

I wake up quite early this morning, 4 a.m. Today is not my birthday yet but I just want to write something about it today.

To many people their birthday is important because they will celebrate of their occasion when they came to this world. To me i do not give the importance much of that sense but rather i will use this occasion to look back of my life in the past year. I do not do every year because some times I even forgot that it was my birthday that day. last year while I was at my hometown ,cutting the grass of my lawn, one of my friends rang me and said " happy birthday". I said " oh, my birthday already?". Sometimes it happened that way on my birthday.

What has happened to me last year? There were many things happened in my life both happiness and sadness. As I am now coming to 55 years old my health is of course wearier as well as a hazier mind I become. I can not focus my thought as sharp as before. I have tried to solve the problems by having more exercises. I run in the evening almost every day on the beach nearby my house. It helps me very much both physical and mental health. The fresh evening air refreshed me very much.

My family, my wife and my kids, all are having sound health. Thanks to who or whatever that give us this precious gift. On December my elder daughter, Rose, has had her left eye surgery. The surgery went out well. She can see a little clearer now. On the last day before we got out from the hospital I forgot my atm card at home so I had to borrow some money for the charges from my friend, Somkiat Suwandpetch. Thanks for his generous but when I tried to return the debt he said " that is the new year gift for your daughter". I didn't know what to say. That was not much money but in the time when I needed it most and someone offered it, I was totally stunned.

Was it a good year for me last year? I have to say that I love the past year of my life. We bought a piece of land at Songkhla so on our weekend we always go there to plant some vegetables and trees. The most important thing is that we, my family, will spend our life together sweating. It is such a beautiful time for us all.

So my friends, this is my birthday this year. I wish you all happiness and being on your silk road whereever you go and whatever you do.

My sincere wish to you all on my birthday.
